Sundarbans travel

Class 6 Bangla Assignment Answer 9th Week. Travel is a part of our current life that cannot be denied. Travel refreshes our tired and dull minds with the touch of a magic wand. I am a traveling Bengali from beginning to end.

Every year I rush somewhere to find some relief from my busy life. So this year my travel destination is the enchanting Sundarbans. Our journey to the Sundarbans starts from Sealdah station. From here we took the local train to Canning Station by bus or auto and reached Sonakhali Launch Ghat. From there we started to enter the Sundarbans little by little by launching. Since the launch, the scene has been changing from moment to moment.

After walking for a while, you can see different types of unnamed trees and the sweet sound of birds coming from both sides of the river. As soon as I looked at the water from the launch, I saw the famous Gangetic dolphin or dolphin in common parlance. Then when I got off the launch the sun was about to set in the western sky. It was a cold winter day.

The Sundarbans is rich in natural diversity. From our guide we came to know that about 350 species of plants are found in the vast Sundarbans across these two countries, India and Bangladesh. Most of these are mangrove plants. The next day after arriving, I went out on a jungle safari and saw the sunlight falling on the ground through the gaps in the dense forest.

Unknown trees, the sounds of birds, and a strange magical silence seem to surround the whole of nature. In the meantime, the trees with the roots and the roots have made the environment more magical. On the way, I saw all kinds of beautiful flowers and herbs. I heard from the guide that there are many types of medicinal plants in this forest. Among the most captivating trees were the famous Sundari, Garan and Gewa trees.

Another most significant and integral part of the Sundarbans forest is the fauna here. The land of the Sundarbans is a paradise for different kinds of animals. Of particular note is the Royal Bengal Tiger. However, due to the significant reduction in the number of tigers at present, tigers are not easily spotted. Class 6 Bangla Assignment Answer 9th Week.

We also did not see the tiger on the first day of the jungle safari. But what fell in the eyes is no less. From a distance we saw the famous Chitra deer herd of the Sundarbans coming to the river to drink water; Strangely beautiful colored birds are flying from the branches of the trees.

Besides, I saw gossips and forest cats. As I was walking, I came to know that there are many very beautiful but terribly poisonous snakes in the forest of Sundarbans. To beware of them, it is mandatory to keep a guide and carbolic acid with the travel time. Bengalis are both travel-hungry and food-hungry on the one hand. So if you don’t taste the local flavors while traveling, that trip remains incomplete. For this purpose, I was overwhelmed when I went to taste different foods of the Sundarbans. Class 6 Bangla Assignment Answer 9th Week. The locals will never forget the taste of forest chicken meat broth cooked in earthen pots. Moreover, the crab soup cooked on the launch day on Jalbihar was also impeccable. Special mention should be made of the pure honey collected from the forest here. The rest of the day a variety of fresh delicious fish satisfied our taste buds.

Thus, after spending a few days in the Sundarbans in the lap of nature, we came back to our own lives. We chose the waterway to get back. That means returning directly to the city by launching directly from the Sundarbans. That experience was also strangely beautiful.

Those few days in this absolute shelter of nature provided me with the means to survive for the next year. Maybe that’s why when I go to sleep in the soft bed of the city house tonight, the memory of that jungle night spent on lunch or seeing the tiger from the window of the tree-house on a full moon night comes to mind. This is the true meaning of burning up of bad psychic imprints.
