Mouse Sewing Pattern

You will need:
-1/4 yard grey felt
-1/8 yard white felt
-1 skein black embroidery floss
-1/4 yard pink gingham fabric
-1 sheet of paper
-Sewing needle
-Polyester stuffing

1. Begin by cutting out all of your pattern pieces. You should have two body pieces, two ear pieces, two inner ear pieces, two arm pieces, two leg pieces, a tail piece, and a triangle nose piece.

2. Pin the two body pieces together, right sides facing. Sew around the edge of the body, leaving a small opening for turning.

3. Turn the body right side out and stuff with polyester stuffing. Sew the opening closed.

4. Pin the two ear pieces together, right sides facing. Sew around the edge of the ear, leaving a small opening for turning.

Frog Sewing Pattern

This pattern is for a small stuffed frog.

You will need:

-1/4 yard green felt
-1/4 yard brown felt
-1/8 yard white felt
-1/8 yard black felt
-1/8 yard red felt
-1/4 yard Pellon 808 Craft-Fuse
-1/2 yard stuffing
-2 black beads or buttons for eyes
-red thread
-green thread

Cut out all pattern pieces. Pin the Pellon to the wrong side of the green felt. Cut out two green felt frogs.

Using green thread, stitch the two green felt frogs together, leaving the bottom open.

Turn the frog right side out and stuff.

Using black thread, stitch on the eyes.

Using red thread, stitch a line down the center of the frog’s back.

Cut out two brown felt feet.

Using green thread, stitch the feet to the bottom of the frog.

Your frog is now complete!
